In Notification, select the TrayFaxAlert notice type:
PersonalNotices only – select this option if you have User or Router privileges
and want to be alerted only to the notices in your Personal FaxPress mailbox.
Personal Outbound Failed Notices only – select this option to be alerted only
when an outbound job fails. With this option selected, the TrayFaxAlert notice list
will only display failed outbound job notices.
All Incoming Notices – select this option if you have Operator or Administrator
privileges and want to be notified when a new notice appears in the Unaddressed
mailbox.

If you want to automatically view a notice when it is received, check the Automat-
ically view notices when received

Check the Sound On option if your workstation is configured with sound capability
and you want to receive an audible alert from TrayFaxAlert when a notice is re-
ceived.

To specify the FaxPress server and mailbox you want TrayFaxAlert to monitor, first
select the server in the FaxPress Neighborhood tree.
