SPEED SENSOR
Remove
the
left middle
cowl
(page 2-6).
Disconnect
the front wheel speed sensor
2P
(Gray)
connector
[1]
from the stay
and
remove
it,
Remove
the clips,
release
the
sensor
wire
[2]
from
the
guides and clamps,
and remove
it
out
of the
frame
(page
1-20).
Remove the
two
bolts
[3]
and
wheel
speed sensor
[4].
lnstallation
is
in
the
reverse order
of
removal.
NOTE:
.
Clean the sensor tip and sensor fitting area (fork leg)
thoroughly,
and be sure that no foreign
materials
enter
the
hole.
After
installation, check the air
gap (page
18-21).
REAR
WHEEL
SPEED SENSOR
Remove
the
battery cover (page
2-3),
Remove
the
rear wheel speed sensor
2P
(Blue)
connector
[1]
from the stay and
disconnect
it.
Remove
the clips,
release
the
sensor
wire
[2]
from
the
clamps,
and
remove
it
out
of
the
frame (page
1-20).
Remove the
two
bolts [3] and
wheel
speed sensor
[4].
lnstallation
is
in
the
reverse order
of
removal.
NOTE:

Clean
the sensor tip and
sensor

(caliper
bracket)
thoroughly,
and
be sure that no
foreign
materials enter
the
hole.
After
installation, check the air
gap (page
