Route the
grip
heater wire

the
clamp [2] and
guide
[3]
properly
and connect
the grip
heater 2p
(Black) connector [4] and
install it onto the
stay.
lnstall the lower right
handlebar switch housinq
[1]
by
aligning the locating
pin with the
hole in
the hanllebar.
lnstall
the
upper
right
handlebar switch housins
[2].
Tighten the
upper screw first
[3], then
tighten the lower
screw
[4]
to
the
specified torque.
TORQUE:2.5
N.m (0.3 kgf'm,
1.81bf.ft)

Align
the edge of
the master
cylinder
with
the
punch
mark on
the
handlebar.
lnstall
the
master cylinder [1], holder [2], and wire clamp
[3]
(ll AC, lll
CM types) with the
"UP" mark of
the hotder
facing
up. Tighten the
upper bolt
first
[4], then the
lower
bolt
[5].
Connect the
brake Iight switch connectors
[6].
lnstall the handlebar weight
[1]with
a new weight screw
[2] by aligning the flats and tighten
it while
hotding the
weight.
TORQUE:
10 N.m (1.0 kgf.m,
7
lbf.ft)
Check the throttle grip
freeplay (page
3-4).
