CYLINDER HEAD/VALVES
Lubricaie
the
normal
side valve
stems
with
molybdenum oil solution.
lnsert the valve [1] into the valve guide while turning
it
slowly
to
avoid damage to the stem seal.
lnstall
the
normal
side inner l2l
and outer
[3]
valve
springs
with
the tightly wound coils facing
the
combustion chamber side.
lnstall the
valve spring retainer
[4].
Grease
the
cotters lnstall
the
normal
to
ease
installation. tool as shown.
