Possible Cause
STATUS 3- 6
Either the temperature (PV3) or
the pressure (PV2) is not within
the boundaries of SMV steam
equation.
The SMV steam equation is
defined for pressures between 8
and 3000 psia, and temperature
between saturation and 1500
except above 2000 psia.

# SPAN correction factor is outside
acceptable limits for PV1 range.
Could be that transmitter was in
input or output mode during a
CORRECT procedure.
