There are no records found in the dSP_MODEL table. This table is loaded during system
installation. Check whether any errors occurred during installation. Re-install the hardware and
software if there were errors during the most recent installation/upgrade of the NAC system. If
there were no errors during the installation/upgrade, or if the problem persists after
re-installation, contact your Northern Telecom service representative.
