"can not find shared memory directory"

A file cannot be found.
Verify that the NAC installation had no errors. If so, then call your Northern Telecom service
representative. Otherwise, reinstall the NAC system. Call your Northern Telecom
representative if the problem persists.
"can not open APPL pipe –"

be caused by timing problems and should clear up on its own.
