Verify that the NAC installation had no errors. If so, then call your Northern Telecom service
representative. Otherwise, reinstall the NAC software. Call your Northern Telecom service
representative if the problem persists.
"Database record access failure [%d] –– table: %s"

A database error has occurred.
Re-install the hardware and software if there were errors during the most recent
installation/upgrade of the NAC system. If there were no errors during the installation/upgrade
or the problem persists after re-installation, call your Northern Telecom representative.
