"Transfer of file '%s' to grgen node failed"

A system error has occurred.
Look for other recent messages and check their meaning. If these indicate other serious
problems then call your Northern Telecom service representative. Otherwise, no action is
required.

"ULANGDB Shared Memory Segment Corrupted –– Rebuild Segment"

A region of shared memory has been corrupted. Shut down and restart the NAC system. This
should result in a full recovery of the affected memory.
"unable to access data database"

The system has problems with the database lock.
Ignore this message if this is an isolated incident. Call your Northern Telecom service
representative if the problem persists.
"Unable to access dSP_COLS"
