'y' = 4 (default SCSI address for tape)
Recoverable
Unlike hard disk errors, many tape drive errors are recoverable. This can
usually be done by replacing a damaged tape or inserting the correct tape.
Figure 6-3 is an example of a recoverable error message for a tape drive
error. Table 6-3 contains tape drive error messages that have recovery
solutions.
