9) Remove the four grease fittings from the swivel case.
10) Remove the tilt stopper spring from the swivel case.
11) Using a commercially available 2.5 mm pin driver, drive out
the 2.5 x 20 mm spring pins to the position where they do
not interfere with the swivel case as shown.
12) Remove the two 2.5 x 20 mm spring pins using the pliers.
13) Remove the two tilt stoppers and the tilting bracket from
the swivel case.
14) Remove the two tilt arm bushings from the swivel case.
Check the tilt arm bushings for wear, damage or
deformation, and replace them with new ones if necessary.
