c. REASSEMBLY
1) Tilt the outboard motor up and hold it in position by
hooking the chain on each of the three engine hangers.

2) Install the under cover rubber, extension case grommet,

drain plug rubber, and the two 6 x 10 mm dowel pins on the
extension case.

• Install the under cover rubber under the projection on the
extension case securely.

3) Apply marine grease to the inner wall of the extension case
5
grommet and drain plug rubber.

4) Pushing the 116 mm lead wire against the projection on the
13
lower mount center housing, install the 116 mm lead wire
by tightening the 6 x 8 mm screw securely.
