Transmission Options
SUB Code Transmission
Confidential Transmission is only
possible with machines of the same

make that have the Confidential
Transmission feature. However, if
you use the SUB/SID function, you
can send and receive confidential fax-
es to and from other makers' ma-
chines that have the SUB/SID feature.
You can also send transfer requests to
other maker's fax machines that are
equipped with this feature.

Set your document and select any
scan settings you require.

Press the { { { { Trans. Option} } } } key.
C
Press 0 0 0 0 or 1 1 1 1 until "8. TX with
SUB" is displayed.

Press the { { { { OK} } } } key.
E
Press 0 0 0 0 or 1 1 1 1 to turn SUB code
transmission "On".

Press the { { { { OK} } } } key.

Specify the destination.

Limitation
❒ You cannot specify Groups as
destinations.

from 0 to 9, #, *, and spaces.

Press 0 0 0 0 or 1 1 1 1 to select "Yes" or
"No".
Add Dest.?

If you selected "Yes", go to step G.

Press the { { { { Start} } } } key.
