Note regarding the General Data Protection Regulation
Siemens observes standard data protection principles, in particular the data minimization rules
(privacy by design). The implications for this product are as follows:
The product does not process or store any personal data, only technical function data (e.g. time
stamps). If the user links this data with other data (e.g. shift schedules) or stores personal data
on the same storage medium (e.g. hard disk) and thus establishes a link to a person or persons,
then the user is responsible for ensuring compliance with the relevant data protection
regulations.

The customer is responsible for preventing unauthorized access to its plants, systems, machines

In order to protect plants, systems, machines and networks against cyber attack, Siemens
industrial security functions can be incorporated into a customized industrial security concept.
