Field Name
Description
Certificate Name
A free-form text field used to describe the intended use of the certificate.
Common Name
Enter the IP address (in dotted decimal notation), domain name or email address in
the field provided. The domain name or email address is for identification purposes
and is a free-form text field.
Organization Name Enter the organization for which this certificate is requested. Typically, this is the
name of the company creating the request.
State/Province
Enter the full name of the state or province where your organization's head office is

Country/Region
Select the country or region in which this certificate will be employed.
