IndraControl S20 Module With Safe Digital Outputs S20-SSDO-8/3
Description
The values of SNN and SDID en‐
tered at the DIP switch do not
match the values entered under
"Safe Configuration".
The exchanged data is older than
NTE
The "time coordination message"
was not received in the expected
time
It is either tried to reconfigure an
existing connection or a "forward
open" was sent twice.
The module received a Safety‐
Close with incorrect connection
parameters
Connection could not be establish‐
ed.
DIP switch position invalid. The
DIP switch position may not be 0
for SNN and SDID.

Solution
Compare the DIP switch position
with the values entered under
"Safe Configuration". Note that
0x600000000 is added to the SNN
value.
Increase the NTE value under
"Safe configuration".
Increase the NTE value under
"Safe configuration".
The configuration of the new con‐
nection is incomplete: Ensure that
the SCCRC is provided with the
same value in "Safe Configura‐
tion" and in "Safe Parameteriza‐
tion". Check whether the "Safety
application" was compiled without
errors. Log in to the standard ap‐
plication to automatically apply the
required changes. "Duplicate For‐
ward open": Increase the NTE val‐
ue under "Safe configuration".

0x600000000 is added to the SNN
value.
Change SNN or SDID using DIP
switches. The saved connection
parameters are deleted upon a
new voltage startup.
Start the Safety application again.
Set a value other than 0 for SNN
and SDID. Change SNN or SDID
using DIP switches. The DIP
switch values are applied after a
new voltage startup.
