Affi x sticker onto the new wind-
screen
Special tools, testers and aids required
♦ Degreased white spirit solution
Note:
The sticker with the safety instructions on the
windscreen is replaced with a new original part,
if the windscreen is replaced or the sticker is
damaged.
- Clean and degrease inside of windscreen
(e.g. with degreased white spirit solution).
- Remove base paper from self-adhesive
sticker.
- Affi x self-adhesive sticker -1- onto the inside

of the windscreen.
Dimension a = 10±2 mm (from edge of ce-
ramic layer)

Mounting instructions

Warning!
Do not treat sealing section with primer or clean-
ing solution.
- Apply a thin coat of activator AMV -2- 181

800 02 with the help of the applicator -1- D
009 500 25 (felt ball on wire).
- Allow activator to work in for at least 10 mi-
nutes.
