Vehicle identification number

K The vehicle identification number (chassis num-
ber) is stamped in the cross member of the en-
gine compartment. It is visible through a win-
dow in the cover of the plenum chamber after
opening the bonnet.
K The vehicle identification number (chassis num-
ber) is also stated at the bottom left corner of
the windscreen, with effect from 04.99.
