Removing window lifter
Removing
Remove door trim panel ⇒ page 70-5.
-
Detach insulation sheeting ⇒ page 70-6.

- Close or open door window sufficiently until
the clamping jaws are positioned in the
assembly openings -arrows-.
K - Slacken hexagon nuts -1- and press clamp-
ing jaws apart.
- Push door window -2- up and fix in position
(e.g. with adhesive tape).
K - Slacken screws -1- (10 Nm).
- If power fitted, separate plug connection.
- Raise window lifter slightly -arrow A- so that
the screws -1- can be tightened through the
assembly holes -2- -arrow B-.
- Take window lifter up and out of the assembly
opening.
