Removing and installing window
lifter
Remove door trim panel ⇒ page 70-4.
-
Detach insulation sheeting ⇒ page 70-6.

- Open or close window sufficiently until the
clamping jaws are positioned in the assembly
openings -arrows-.
K - Slacken hexagon nuts -1- and press clamp-
ing jaws apart.
- Push door window up and fix in position (e.g.
with adhesive tape).
- Slacken screws -2- of the window lifter (10
Nm).
- Release clips for bowden cables.
- If power windows fitted, separate plug
connection.
- Raise window lifter slightly so that the screws
-2- can be pulled through the assembly holes.
- Pull window lifter down and out of the
assembly opening.
