Sliding/Tilting Roof
Testing electric drive (0 position)
If the electric drive is replaced, it has to be in-
stalled in the 0 position (glass panel for sliding/
tilting roof closed).
- Plug together the connector of electric drive/
sliding/tilting roof wiring harness.
- Operate switch -1- until the 0 position of the
electric drive is reached.
The end cut-off point -B- is reached by turn-
ing the drive pinion to the right and the end
cut-off point -A- by turning the drive pinion to
the left.
Note:
The zero position is set automatically if the
switch is operated in the close position.
-A-End cut-off point, glass panel tilt function = 2
turns until 0 position
-B-End cut-off point, glass panel sliding func-
tion = 8.25 turns to 0 position

Inspecting
- Move glass panel into „closed" position.
- Push back sun protection fully by hand.
- Push trim frame to the rear (clipped on in
the area of the front guides and guided in
the rear area by studs).
K Catch hooks (with roller) -1- should be engaged
in the guide rails.
Pins -2- should be positioned within the mark-
ings (notches) -arrows-.
If this is not the case, adjust parallel running as
follows:
