Press Hold key.
To pick up an outside call on System Hold:
1. If you know the specific line number, dial 672 + Line number (001 ~ 128).
Exclusive Hold
To place an outside call on Exclusive Hold:
Press the Exclusive Hold key (PRG 15-07-01 or SC 751: 45).
Single Line Terminal
1. Hookflash.
2. Dial 749.
