Operation
To enable the headset:
1.
Plug in the headset into the headset jack on the bottom of the telephone.
2.
Program a Headset key (PRG 15-07 or SC 751: 05).
You hear a confirmation beep.
To use the headset:
The Headset key lights when on a call. To disconnect, press the Headset key again.
You can still use the handset for calls or respond to voice-announced Intercom calls with the headset
plugged in. The headset only activates when the Headset key is pressed.
1.
Answer a ringing call by pressing the Headset key.
- OR -
2.
Press the Headset key and then a line key or press Speaker key then 0 to make a outgoing call.
- OR -
3.
Press the Headset key to get intercom dial tone.
- OR -
4.
If on a call, press the Headset key to hang up.
