15 Navigate to the Temp folder on your local PC (or the folder into which you
downloaded the CP PM Call Server Load zip file).
16 Copy all of the subfolders and files from the parent directory (\cf) to the
RMD drive.
Note: This can take up to 12 minutes depending on the speed of your
computer. You are copying files from the hard drive on your local PC to
the RMD in the RMD drive.
When all subfolders and files are copied successfully to the RMD, it can be
used to install and upgrade Call Server software on a CP PM Call Server.
17 Remove the RMD from the RMD drive and label it appropriately (For
example, Call Server, sse-x.xx.xx, where x.xx.xx represents the Call
Server software version.).
