Communication Server 1000E Upgrade
Navigate to the Temp folder on your local PC ((or the folder into which you
downloaded the CP PM Call Server Load zip file).
Open the \mkboot folder and locate the mkbootrmd.bat file.
The following is an example of what you should see on the screen.
Double-click the mkbootrmd.bat file to start the application (this batch file
is used to format the RMD). Press any key to continue when prompted.
A prompt appears, asking you to enter an RMD drive letter.
