Oil pan bolt
1. Tighten the bolts to 6 Nm (0.6 m·kgf, 4.3 ft·lbf) with a torque wrench following the tightening order.
2. Perform the following procedure to all the bolts one by one in the tightening sequence as shown in
the illustration.
a. Loosen the bolt.
b. Tighten the bolt to 3.0 Nm (0.30 m·kgf, 2.2 ft·lbf) with a torque wrench.
c. Tighten the bolt further to reach the specified angle 90 .
TIP
Clutch cover bolt
1. Tighten the bolts to 6 Nm (0.6 m·kgf, 4.3 ft·lbf) with a torque wrench following the tightening order.
2. Perform the following procedure to all the bolts one by one in the tightening sequence as shown in
the illustration.
a. Loosen the bolt.
b. Tighten the bolt to 3.0 Nm (0.30 m·kgf, 2.2 ft·lbf) with a torque wrench.
c. Tighten the bolt further to reach the specified angle 90 .
TIP
Crankcase breather cover bolt
1. Tighten the bolts to 6 Nm (0.6 m·kgf, 4.3 ft·lbf) with a torque wrench following the tightening order.
