When the start/engine stop switch is "ON", the steering damper solenoid
is on.
When the start/engine stop switch is "OFF", the steering damper sole-
noid is off.
When the steering damper solenoid is on, the engine trouble and system
warning light comes on.
Check the operation of the damper.
