(2) COM1/COM2 port terminal (RS-422/RS-485)
2-channes for 2-wire RS-485, or 4-wire RS-422 port
●Terminal resistance selector switch (under the terminal stand)
Use to change terminal resisitance.at COM1 port and COM2 port.
Remove terminal stand, it shows the switches. Be sure to set the switch to ON when it is used as a
terminal station.
Upper: for COM1
Upper: for COM2
●Serial Mode switch
Use to change serial mode at COM1 port and COM2 port. Remove cover on the side of ELC500, it
shows the switches on the PC board. At default setting, it set to RS-485 for both COM1 and COM2.
You can check the settings by status LED.
