When reading a value smaller than the previous value, it calculates a differential value as it
assumes that the value was over the upper limit value and it changed value.
*5 Do not use double-quotation [ " ] .

- It the read out value is smaller than the previous value, it calculates demand value by
assumed that it exceeds the upper limit value. Set the upper limit correctly.
