Your machine is not wired with the
other machine correctly.
Communication conditions of your
machine and the other machine
are not matched.
The same unit number may be used
for destination devices.
Wait time for sending or timeout is
too short.
Connect our Temperature
Controller and the terminal register.
The unit number setting of ELC may
be wrong.
Designate DT00500 for collecting
with using our wireless unit.
Setup data is not transmitted to
remote I/O unit.
Remote I/O unit is set to forced
output mode.
Connect Ethernet cable correctly.
Set IP address of SMTP server correctly.
When SMTP server is specified with a name,
check if IP address setting for DNS server is
correct.
Set the destination mail address correctly at user
registration window.
Depending on mail servers, the source mail
address may be checked.
Set the source mail address correctly at 'Mail
setup'.
Check if the destination is selected or not.
Set 'Mail sending' and 'Destination' correctly at
setup window.
In case of RS232C
Connect SD/RD lines of your machine to
RD/SD lines of the other machine respectively.
In case of RS-485
Connect the transmission cable between the
(+) transmission terminals and between the
(-) transmission terminals of each device.
Also connect the terminal station correctly.
Check the transmission cable specs is within
the specifications.
*Use one type of transmission cable in the same
link. Do not mix more than one type.
Check the communication conditions of 'COM'
at Basic configuration.
Check the unit number settings of destination
devices.
Make wait time for sending or timeout longer.
Not necessary to connect the terminal register.
One unit number is allocated to one base unit
even if an expansion unit is connected.
When using the wireless unit, DT00500 is used
for abnormal flag. Set DT00520.
Set ELC500 to RUN mode.
Check that dip switch No.9 of remote I/O unit is
set to OFF
