Control field
The lamp test is switched on or off.
When the lamp test is switched on, all lamps are blinking for a short
time. This allows the operator to check all lamps for proper functioning.
Defective lamps must be replaced immediately.
Homing is switched on or off.
During homing all servo axes run to their position.
Permanent run mode is switched on or off.
In Permanent run mode the machine simulates the machine move-
ments without objects.
The vacuum on the nest pick--up station is switched on or off.
The light grid is reset.
The recording of the batch report is switched on or off.
When this function is switched on, the machine can be operated inde-
pendently from the batch report.
Bypass Laminar Flow is switched on or off.
When this function is switched on, the machine can be operated inde-
pendently from the Laminar Flow--unit.
The Laser sensors are switched on or off.
The signal exchange with the downstream machine is switched on or
off.
This function allows to operate the SV 125 independently from the
downstream machine.
The lock of the sorting bowl is opened.
The lock of the sorting bowl is closed.
The shut--off needles are opened.
This function can be used e.g. for Priming (venting of filling needles
and hoses).
