Secured Polling

1. Place your document in the feeder.
If you only wish to scan a part of the
document, use the Specified Image Area
feature. See page 118 for details.
2. Either:

If you have programmed one of
the User Function Keys to activate
this feature, press that key and go
to step 3.
NOTE
If you have not yet stored an ID Code using Function 61, you will be asked to
enter an ID Code. Proceed in the same way as for step 4 in "Stored ID
Override" on the next page.
See page 157 for the options that are
available with polling.
