Warning Name
The position deviation exceeded the percentage set with the following
formula:
(Pn520 × Pn51E/100)
The position deviation when the servo was turned ON exceeded the
percentage set with the following formula: (Pn526 × Pn528/100)
This warning occurs before an overload alarm (A.710 or A.720) occurs.
If the warning is ignored and operation is continued, an alarm may
occur.
Abnormal vibration was detected during motor operation. The detec-
tion level is the same as A.520. Set whether to output an alarm or a
warning by setting Pn310 (Vibration Detection Switch).
The surrounding temperature of the control PCB is abnormal.
The surrounding temperature of the power PCB is abnormal.
This warning occurs before an A.320 alarm (Regenerative Overload)
occurs. If the warning is ignored and operation is continued, an alarm
may occur.
This warning occurs before an A.731 alarm (Dynamic Brake Overload)
occurs. If the warning is ignored and operation is continued, an alarm
may occur.
The fan inside the SERVOPACK stopped.
This warning occurs when the voltage of absolute encoder's battery is
low.
The input voltage (temperature) of the overheat protection input (TH)
signal exceeded the setting of Pn61C (Overheat Warning Level).
The speed ripple compensation information stored in the encoder
does not agree with the speed ripple compensation information stored
in the SERVOPACK.
This warning occurs before an A.410 alarm (Undervoltage) occurs. If
the warning is ignored and operation is continued, an alarm may occur.
One of the consumable parts has reached the end of its service life.
A positioning completion timeout occurred during a positioning opera-
