Test run and program run
14.1 Graphics

3-D view

The workpiece is displayed in three dimensions.
You can rotate the 3-D display about the vertical and horizontal axes
via soft keys. If there is a mouse attached to your TNC, you can also
perform this function by holding down the right mouse button and
dragging the mouse.
The shape of the workpiece can be depicted by a frame overlay at
the beginning of the graphic simulation.
In the Test Run mode of operation you can isolate details for
magnification, See "Magnifying details", page 444.
Press the soft key for 3-D view.
The speed of the 3-D graphics depends on the tooth
length (LCUTS column in the tool table). If LCUTS is
defined as 0 (basic setting), the simulation calculates
an infinitely long tooth length, which leads to a long
processing time.
