(SD0)
Fault of the main or extension base unit

was detected.
System bus fault was detected at
power-on or reset.

In a multiple CPU system, a bus fault
was detected at power-on or reset.
A reset signal error was detected on the

In the redundant system, at power-on/
reset or switching system, the control

system cannot access the extension
base unit since it failed to acquire the
access right.
