Secondary boom up/down and extend/retract
functions:
1
Turn the key switch to the off position.

Press and hold the enter button on the ground
control panel while turning the key switch to
platform controls. Hold the enter button for
approximately 5 seconds.

Press the minus button twice, then press the
enter button twice.

Use the scroll button to scroll through the
menu until DELETE SECONDARY BOOM
JOYSTICK DEFAULTS is displayed.

Press the plus button to select YES, then
press the enter button.

Do not start the engine.

Locate the secondary boom up/down and
extend/retract joystick.

Move the secondary boom up/down and
extend/retract joystick full stroke in the
up/extend direction and hold for 5 seconds,
then return to the center or neutral position.

Move the secondary boom up/down and
extend/retract joystick full stroke in the
down/retract direction and hold for 5 seconds,
then return to the center or neutral position.
Result: The alarm at the ground controls
should sound for a successful calibration.

Platform Controls
Primary boom extend/retract functions:

EXTEND/RETRACT JOYSTICK DEFAULTS
is displayed.

Press the plus button to select YES, then
press the enter button.

Do not start the engine.

Locate the thumb rocker switch on top of the
primary boom/turntable rotate joystick.

Move the primary boom extend/retract thumb
rocker switch full stroke in the extend direction
and hold for 5 seconds, then return to
thecenter or neutral position.
9
Move the primary boom extend/retract thumb
rocker switch full stroke in the retract direction
and hold for 5 seconds, then return to the
center or neutral position.
Result: The alarm at the ground controls
should sound for a successful calibration.
