(1) There is no voltage between ECM terminals Vc and E2 (E21).
(IG SW ON)
(2) Check that there is voltage between ECM terminals + B (+ B1)
and E1. (IG SW ON)
(3) Check volume air flow
meter.
BAD
Replace or repair
volume air flow meter.

Measuring plate fully closed
Measuring plate fully open
Idling
Intake air temperature 20_C
Check wiring between ECM and
volume air flow meter.
Try another ECM.
