Resetting the base using the button on the base
As with resetting the base via the menu, all individual settings are reset. The system PIN
is also reset to 0000 and all handsets registered above and beyond the scope of deliv-
ery will be de-registered.

For instructions on re-registering the handsets after a reset (where applicable)

Remove the cable connections from the base to the router (

Remove the base power adapter from the socket (

Press and hold the registration/paging button (
¤
For PoE (Power over Ethernet): reconnect the base to the router.
If no PoE: plug the power adapter back into the socket.
¤
Press and hold the registration/paging button (at least 20 seconds).
¤
Release the registration/paging button. The base has now been reset.

Checking the base MAC address

Depending on your network configuration, you may have to enter your base MAC address
in your router's access control list, for example. You can check the MAC address on the
handset.
In idle status:

Open menu.
*#Q5# 2 Q
Press keys in sequence.
The MAC address is displayed.
