DTC P1122: TP Sensor Signal Higher Than
Expected
1. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
2. Check the throttle position w i t h the scan tool.
Is 16.5% (F23A1, F23A4 engine) or 15.3% (F23A5
engine) or less indicated when the throttle is fully
closed?
Y E S —Intermittent failure, system is OK at this
t i m e . B
NO— Replace the throttle body (The TP sensor is
not available s e p a r a t e l y . ) . •
DTC P1121: TP Sensor Signal Lower Than
Expected
1. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
2. Check the throttle position w i t h the scan t o o l .
Is 14.1% (F23A1, F23A4 engine) or 13.3% (F23A5
engine) or higher indicated when the throttle is
fully opened ?
Y E S — Intermittent failure, system is OK at this
t i m e . B
N O - R e p l a c e the throttle body (The TP sensor is
not available separately.). B
