3.1.24. INSTALLING THE FIXED DRIVING HALF PUL-
LEY (ENGINES M192M / M245M / M281M
/M191M) (125 - 150 cc)
•
Refit all assembly parts (inner shim, fixed half pulley,
outer shim, drive and nut), apply "Super Rapido"
(Quick-setting) thread locker Loctite 242 and tighten
the nut to the specified torque.
•
Use the special tool to prevent half pulley rotation.
- Driving pulley lock wrench: 8140535
WARNING
Be sure to install the driving half pulley with
fully free belt so that it can be properly tight-
ened.
NOTE The nut should be replaced at each reassembly.
TIGHTENING TORQUE SETTINGS
Driving half pulley nut: 75 ÷ 83 Nm
