CHECKING/ADJUSTING VALVE CLEARANCE

•
Align timing marks to check valve clearance.
•
Check the valve-shim clearance with a feeler gauge. If
valve clearance is not as specified, loosen the check
nut and adjust the clearance value with a screwdriver.
