Choosing a SCSI ID
If you are using the standard software as supplied by Sony, then SCSI ID's 4, 5, and

6 are reserved for tape drives, or devices such as the

a tape drive connected to your machine, check its SCSI ID setting which should

be either 4, 5, or 6. You can then use the other number for the

ID's are already being used, or if you wish to install multiple
devices,
then a custom
kernel must be built for the machine | a job for a system

Connecting the
