BUGS
On DAT-Link version 1.3 and earlier, the –c option only stores the first four bytes of the channel status
and user bytes, the rest will always be zero. Also, the left channel status is stored as both the left and
r
ight channel status information. (They are the same on virtually all recordings anyway). On version
1.4, all 48 bytes of channel status can be set, but only four bytes of the user information.

he format of the data stored with the –C option changed between DAT-Link revisions 1.3 and 1.4.
Also, there is no indication of where the channel status block (192 bits), begins.

ot all combinations of precision and encoding are available under all circumstances.
If recording is interrupted, the input may be truncated by a few seconds.
