Memory Scrubbing

This function provides the patrol scrubbing and demand scrubbing functions. It can search in the
system memory preliminarily to detect a single-bit error automatically and correct correctable
errors, and can reduce the possibility of a multi-bit error occurrence in the same memory by
setting to never use the memory location permanently as an unreadable area.
