Touch screen cursor does not line up with
touch points.
If a problem with a Netpulse-compatible machine is seen, follow the directions in this troubleshooting guide to solve the problem. If the problem
cannot be resolved, call Netpulse at: 877-NETPULSE (638-7857).

CAUSE
There are several possible causes:
• C-SAFE may not be enabled
• C-SAFE cables may be loose or not
properly installed
CAUSE
Touch screen requires calibration
RESoLUtIoN
1.
Refer to cardio machine product manual
to ensure C-SAFE is enabled.
2.
Test the machine to see if workout
statistics can be generated.
3.
Contact Matrix Technical Support for
further assistance.
RESoLUtIoN
1.
Press and release the touch screen
calibration button located on the
back of the console. If it does not go
immediately to the calibration screen,
repeat the press and release of this
button.
2.
Once the calibration screen appears,
complete the touch screen calibration.
