3.13.3 Pump Motor Removal

1. Remove the printer mechanism. (Refer to Section 3.13.)
2. Remove 2 screws (CBS, 3x6, F/Zn) securing the pump motor to the pump sub frame. Then
remove the pump motor. (Refer to Figure 3-44.)
Be careful not to damage the combination gear (12 mm, 26 mm) when mounting the
pump motor pinion gear into the motor pinion gear mounting hole in the pump sub frame.
When installing the pump motor onto the pump sub frame, insert the motor harness
facing the top.
Tightening torque for the screws (CBS, 3x6, F/Zn) = 8 ~ 10 kg-cm.
