1.4 Self Diagnosis of the Saddle Stitcher

Main Cause The paper positioning plate home position sensor (PI7S) is faulty. The pa-
per positioning plate motor (M4S) is faulty. The saddle stitcher controller
PCB is faulty.

0002 The paper positioning plate home position sensor does not turn off

Main Cause The folding motor clock sensor (PI4S) is faulty. The paper folding home
position sensor (PI21S) is faulty. The folding motor (M2S) is faulty. The
saddle stitcher controller PCB is faulty.
