2.2.2 Lifter Limiter Control Circuit (right/left deck)

When the CPU on the DC controller PCB generates the motor drive signal, the lifter mo-
tor turns on to move up the lifter. When the deck reaches the lifter sensor, the deck lifter de-
tection signal is sent to the CPU, which in response will stop the deck lifter drive motor.
The deck lift sensor is mounted in consideration of the motor failing to stop. When the
surface of paper reaches the deck limiter, the limit signal will be sent to the DC controller
PCB to cut the drive signal, thereby stopping the lifter motor.
