4. Diagnostic Tool

The Diagnostic tool enables you to:

Explore the printer's settings/status
•
Change the printer's settings
•
Download graphics, fonts and firmware
•
Create a printer bitmap font
•
Send additional commands to a printer

4.1 Start the Diagnostic Tool

1. Double click on the Diagnostic tool icon
2. The utility provides four features (Printer Configuration, File Manager, Bitmap Font Manager,
Command Tool).

1. Select the appropriate interface.
2. Click the required 'Printer Function' button using the table below as a guide.
