After ensuring that the sensors are calibrated, the label template is
correct (label dimensions), and the correct printer driver is in use, do
as follows:
In BarTender, click to print the label. In the resulting dialogue box,
click the 'Document Properties' button to display the dialogue below.
Optimum adjustment is made by trial and error.
Alternatively, it is possible to adjust the printer's offset directly using
the keypad, as follows:
MENU > SELECT x 3 > DOWN x 6 > SELECT then adjust Shift Y
Remember, all settings in the printer are over-ridden by label
template settings at print time unless 'Use Current Printer Settings' is
set.
Set to correct label size.
